The Layered Paper Quilting Technique is variation of Iris Folding. The quilted or stain glass design looks amazing and complex, but is actually quite easy. It is a perfect way to use scraps of paper because the sizes of the patterned paper pieces are quite small.
This adorable booklet could be easily used as a mini scrapbook or a greeting card for a special occasion. It uses less than one sheet of 12×12 patterned (B&T) paper, and one sheet 12×12 of cardstock.
